Dr Aisha Strand (Chiro)

Dr. Aisha (Chiropractor) is passionate about chiropractic care for the whole family and especially finds joy working with children.

Dr. Aisha was born on the Sunshine Coast but has spent most of her life living in the South West area in Sydney. She loves going to the gym (AKA lifting heavy stuff) with her muscly man Troy, as well as cooking tasty whole foods, meditating and doing yoga. Dr. Aisha also enjoys a good game of Oz Tag and even played in the senior women’s Australian team in 2017.
Dr. Aisha is fascinated by the inner workings of the body, especially revolving around brain function and overall wellbeing. She loves learning so much that she moved to Auckland and returned to university for a second master’s degree.
Dr. Aisha’s qualifications now include: a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science, Master of Chiropractic, Post-graduate Diploma in Health Science and a Master of Health Science. With her Master’s thesis being a pilot study investigating chiropractic care for children with autism and its effect on how the brain processes sensory information.
In practice Dr. Aisha uses a range of techniques, tailoring each session to the individual and their particular needs on that day. In addition to chiropractic care, Dr. Aisha really enjoys sharing knowledge and practical tips with people to empower them in their health journey.

Dr Bec has a Bachelor in Chiropractic Science, a Master in Chiropractic, a Master in Pediatric Chiropractic and a Certificate in Doula Services.
She was also very honoured to receive a position under the Adam Hyland Memorial Scholarship. This scholarship enabled her to complete the Master of Paediatric Chiropractic and be trained one on one with Dr Neil J Davies, a pioneer of Paediatric Chiropractic in Australia.
In practise Dr Bec primarily uses a very gentle non-cracking technique called NeuroImpulse Protocol (NIP). She also utilises techniques such as NeuroEmotional Technique (NET), Applied Kinesiology (AK) and Thompson Technique.
